Recipe Ingredients
- eye of round roast, chuck roast, or bottom roast 680 grams
- olive oil 1 tablespoon
- dried rosemary, crumbled 2 tablespoons
- garlic powder ½ tablespoon
- onion powder ½ tablespoon
- dried oregano ½ tablespoon
- kosher salt 1 tablespoon
- ground black pepper 1 teaspoon
- Aluminum foil
Recipe Preparation
- Let the beef roast sit at room temperature for 30 minutes prior to cooking.
- Place the crisper plate into the COSORI Air Fryer basket.
- Select the Bake function, adjust time to 50 minutes, press Shake, then press Start/Pause to preheat.
- Rub the beef roast all over with the olive oil.
- Combine the remaining ingredients in a small bowl, pat evenly all over the roast, then wrap the roast tightly in aluminum foil.
- Place the roast onto the preheated crisper plate.
- Flip the roast over halfway through cooking. The Shake Reminder will let you know when.
- Remove the roast beef when done and let rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
