Return Policy

VESYNC ELECTRONICS L.L.C (“VESYNC”) is committed to providing high-quality products and ensuring customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving the product, regardless of the reason.

This return policy applies only to purchases made directly from https://cosori.ae/ (the official “COSORI online store”). If you purchased the product from a third-party retailer (such as Amazon), please refer to their return policies.

Return Conditions

  • 30-Day No-Reason Return: You have the right to cancel your purchase within 30 days of receiving the product, subject to the Return Policy and the applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates.
  • The product must be returned in its original condition, including original packaging and all accessories (such as cables, chargers, and manuals), without any signs of use or damage.
  • All returns require an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Returns must be approved by Vesync Customer Support, and the product must be sent back within 15 days of receiving the RMA number.
  • Returns beyond 30 days will only be accepted for quality-related issues under the warranty terms.
  • EXCEPTIONS: Any returned item that has been excessively worn, used, or altered will NOT be accepted for return.
  • Returned items that show malicious and/or intentional physical damage are NOT covered by this policy.
  • Products designated on the Website as final sale or non-returnable are NOT eligible for return.

Refund Policy

  • Refund Processing Time: Once your return is approved and received, Vesync will process your refund within 30 days.
  • Refund Method: The refund will be issued only to the original payment method used for the purchase, unless otherwise expressly agreed by Vesync in writing.
  • Shipping Cost Responsibility:
    • For returns due to product defects or quality issues, Vesync will cover the return shipping cost.
    • For 30-day returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs, and Vesync will refund only the product price (excluding the original shipping fee, if any).
  • If a return is due to incorrect address or failure to receive the package, Vesync may offer re-delivery, but the customer must cover additional shipping costs.

VESYNC Limited Product Warranty Policy

Two (2) Year* Limited Consumer Product Warranty

VESYNC ELECTRONICS L.L.C (“VESYNC”) provides a Two (2) Year Limited Warranty covering defects in material and workmanship from the date of the original purchase (“Limited Warranty Period"), provided that the product is used in accordance with the use and care instructions, under normal circumstances.

*This warranty does not limit your rights as may be mandated or granted by the mandatory consumer protection laws of the United Arab Emirates, in which cases the Limited Warranty Period is extended pursuant to the applicable requirements.

Warranty Coverage and Benefits

During the Limited Warranty Period and subject to this limited Warranty Policy, VESYNC may, at its discretion, offer one of the following remedies:

  • Refund – If the purchase was made directly from the COSORI.ae.
  • Repair – Fix any defects in material or workmanship.
  • Replacement – Provide a new or refurbished unit of equal or greater value.
  • Store Credit – Issue store credit equivalent to the original purchase price.

Who is Covered?

  • This Limited Warranty only applies to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
  • Proof of purchase and defect verification are required to claim warranty benefits.
  • Products purchased from unauthorized sellers or third-party marketplaces are not covered under this warranty.

What's Not Covered?

The warranty does not cover the following:

  • Normal wear and tear, including consumable parts (e.g. batteries, filters, cleaning brush, essential oil pads, etc.).
  • Damage caused by improper use, neglect, accidents, or failure to follow user instructions.
  • Physical damage from external factors such as drops, water exposure, lightning, or fire.
  • Unauthorized repairs, modifications, or use of non-COSORI parts.
  • Products used in commercial, rental, or unintended environments.
  • Damage exceeding the product’s original purchase price.

How to Claim Your Warranty

  1. Check the warranty period – Ensure your product is still within the valid warranty period.
  2. Gather required documents – Have a copy of your invoice, order ID, or proof of purchase.
  3. Keep the product – Do not dispose of the product before contacting us.
  4. Contact Vesync Customer Support – Obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  5. Return the product – Send the product along with proof of purchase as instructed by customer support.

Sole and Exclusive Remedy

THE FOREGOING LIMITED WARRANTY CONSTITUTES VESYNC'S EXCLUSIVE LIABILITY, AND YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY, FOR ANY BREACH OF ANY WARRANTY OR OTHER NONCONFORMITY OF THE PRODUCT COVERED BY THIS LIMITED PRODUCT WARRANTY STATEMENT. THIS LIMITED WARRANTY IS EXCLUSIVE, AND IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES.

Limitations of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PROVIDED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL VESYNC ELECTRONICS L.L.C, ITS AFFILIATES, OR THEIR LICENSORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OFFICERS, OR DIRECTORS BE LIABLE FOR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH PRODUCTS PURCHASED FROM VESYNC ELECTRONICS L.L.C IN EXCESS OF THE PURCHASE PRICE PAID BY THE PURCHASER FOR SUCH PRODUCTS.

Consumer Rights and Legal Protection

This warranty does not affect your statutory consumer rights. You may have additional legal protections under the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
