Recipe Ingredients
- rolled oats 180 grams
- baking powder ¾ teaspoon
- ground cinnamon ½ teaspoon
- kosher salt ½ teaspoon
- ground nutmeg⅛ teaspoon
- ground cloves ⅛ teaspoon
- 355 millilitres unsweetened oat milk
- maple syrup 4½ ablespoons
- vanilla extract 1½ teaspoons
- 1 large egg
- 1 tart apple, peeled, cored, and 6-millimetre diced
- 4 ramekins (226 grams each)
Recipe Preparation
- Place the crisper plate into the COSORI Air Fryer basket.
- Select the Bake function, adjust temperature to 180°C and time to 15 minutes, then press Start/Pause to preheat.
- Add the oats, baking powder, cinnamon, salt, nutmeg, and cloves in a medium bowl and stir to combine.
- Add the oat milk, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and egg in a separate bowl and whisk to combine.
- Pour the wet ingredients over the dry ingredients, add the apples, and stir together.
- Fill the ramekins until ¾ full with the oatmeal mixture.
- Place the ramekins onto the preheated crisper plate.
- Remove the ramekins when done and let cool for 5 minutes, then serve.
