white bread, left out overnight to dry out 6 thick slices
sultanas or dried fruit 60 grams

Recipe Preparation
Grease a loaf pan with 1 tablespoon softened butter.
Whisk together the whole milk, eggs, golden caster sugar, vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, nutmeg, and lemon zest until well combined.
Spread the remaining butter on only one side of the slices of bread.
Stack the slices on top of each other and cut across diagonally.
Place the cut bread into the loaf pan while shingling the slices, lying each one behind another in an alternating pattern.
Sprinkle the sultanas or dried fruit in between the slices of bread.
Pour the liquid mixture over the bread pudding.
Cover the loaf pan with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 1 hour.
Remove the crisper plates and divider from the COSORI Smart Air Fryer basket.
Remove the plastic wrap and tightly wrap the loaf pan with aluminium foil.
Place the loaf pan into the basket.
Select Grandzone, then select the Bake function. Adjust temperature to 165°C and time to 40 minutes, then tap Start/Pause.
Remove the aluminium foil when 8 minutes remain on the timer.
Remove when done and let sit for 15 minutes before serving with ice cream or custard.
