Recipe Ingredients
- breakfast ham, 6-millimetre diced 3 slices
- 4 large eggs
- 60 millilitres heavy cream
- cheddar cheese, freshly grated 28 grams
- parsley, finely chopped 3 tablespoons
- kosher salt 1 teaspoon
- Oil spray
- COSORI pizza pan accessory
- Aluminum foil
Recipe Preparation
- Place the crisper plate into the COSORI Air Fryer basket.
- Select the Vegetables function, adjust temperature to 175°C and time to 15 minutes, then press Start/Pause to preheat.
- Place the breakfast ham, eggs, cream, cheese, parsley, and salt in a medium bowl and whisk until smooth.
- Spray the COSORI pizza pan with oil spray, then pour the egg mixture into the pan and cover tightly with aluminum foil.
- Place the frittata onto the preheated crisper plate.
- Remove the foil from the pan halfway through cooking. The Shake Reminder will let you know when.
- Remove the frittata when done and let cool for 5 minutes.
- Invert the frittata onto a plate, slice into 6 pieces, and serve.
