Place the crisper plate into the COSORI Air Fryer basket.
Select the Vegetables function, adjust time to 12 minutes, then press Start/Pause to preheat.
Place the cut potatoes, olive oil, kosher salt, and cayenne pepper into a medium bowl and toss to combine.
Place the potatoes onto the preheated crisper plate.
Shake the potatoes halfway through cooking. The Shake Reminder will let you know when.
Remove the potatoes when done and transfer into a bowl and toss with half of the cheese, then place into a small baking dish. Top with the remaining cheese.
Place the baking dish into the air fryer.
Set temperature to 204°C and time to 3 minutes, then press Start/Pause.
Remove the baking dish when done and sprinkle with the parsley and flaky salt. Let cool slightly before serving.
