Recipe Ingredients
- chuck or other tender beef, cut into 25-millimetre cubes 907 grams
- 1 yellow onion, thinly sliced
- bacon, diced 2 slices
- Worcestershire sauce 3 tablespoons
- Dijon mustard 3 tablespoons
- fresh garlic, minced 2 tablespoons
- olive oil 2 tablespoons
- kosher salt 1½ teaspoon
- maple syrup ½ tablespoon
- paprika 1 teaspoon
- fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish 2 tablespoons
- Cooked mashed or roasted potatoes, for serving
Recipe Preparation
- Remove the crisper plate from the COSORI Air Fryer basket.
- Select the Steak function, adjust time to 12 minutes, then press Start/Pause to preheat.
- Stir together the beef, onion, bacon, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon, garlic, oil, salt, maple syrup, and paprika in a medium bowl until evenly combined.
- Place the meat mixture into the preheated air fryer basket.
- Shake the steak tips halfway through cooking. The Shake Reminder will let you know when.
- Remove the steak when done, then serve garnished with parsley on a bed of mashed or roasted potatoes.
