Recipe Ingredients
- ground lamb 454 grams
- red onion, finely chopped 45 grams
- garlic cloves, minced 3
- egg 1
- panko breadcrumbs 2 tablespoons
- flat-leaf parsley, minced 1 tablespoon
- fresh mint, minced 2 teaspoons
- kosher salt 1 teaspoon
- black pepper, freshly ground ½ teaspoon
- Tzatziki sauce, for serving, if desired
- Fresh greens, for serving, if desired
- sweet potato, cut into wedges 1 large
- olive oil 1 tablespoon
- kosher salt ½ teaspoon
- black pepper ¼ teaspoon
- garlic powder ½ teaspoon
- smoked paprika ¼ teaspoon
Recipe Preparation
- Combine all the meatball ingredients together in a large bowl, then shape into golf-ball-sized balls.
- Combine all the sweet potato ingredients together in a separate bowl.
- Place the crisper plates and divider into the COSORI Smart Air Fryer basket.
- Place the meatballs on the left crisper plate and the sweet potato wedges on the right crisper plate.
- Select Zone 1, select the Air Fry function, and adjust time to 12 minutes.
- Select Zone 2, select the Air Fry function, adjust time to 16 minutes, tap Sync Finish, then tap Start/Pause.
- Remove the meatballs and sweet potato wedges when browned and fully cooked. Serve with tzatziki sauce on a bed of fresh greens, if desired.
