Lamb Shawarma Skewers

Recipe Ingredients

340 grams lamb mince
1 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
½ teaspoon cinnamon
½ teaspoon turmeric
½ teaspoon fennel seeds
½ teaspoon ground coriander seeds
¾ teaspoon salt
Tzatziki, for serving
Four 9-inch skewers

Recipe Preparation

Place the crisper plate into the COSORI Air Fryer basket.
Select the Preheat function, then press Start/Pause.
Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
Skewer 85 grams of meat onto each skewer, then refrigerate for 10 minutes.
Place the skewers onto the preheated crisper plate.
Select the Steak function, adjust time to 8 minutes, then press Start/Pause.
Remove the skewers when done and serve with tzatziki or by itself.
