chicken wings, patted very dry with paper towels 680 g
kosher salt 1½ tsp
garlic powder 1 tsp
onion powder 1 tsp
olive oil 1½ tbsp
garlic cloves, finely minced 6
fresh parsley, chopped 2 tbsp
fresh thyme leaves, chopped 1 tbsp
lemon, zested and juiced 1
Flaky sea salt, for serving

za’atar 2 tbsp
cornstarch 1 tbsp
sesame oil ½ tbsp
kosher salt ½ tsp
tahini 125 ml
lemon juice 1 tbsp
garlic cloves, finely minced 2
fresh dill, chopped 1 tbsp
fresh parsley, chopped 1 tbsp
olive oil ½ tbsp
red pepper flakes 1 tsp
Worcestershire sauce A dash
ice water, as needed 125 ml
Kosher salt, to taste
Recipe Preparation
Arrange in Air Fryer: Place the crisper plate into the air fryer basket in Zone1 and Zone 2. Zone 1: Place the Mega Garlicky Chicken Wings onto the crisper plate. Zone 2: Place the Za’atar Chicken Wings onto the crisper plate.
Cooking Settings: Zone 1: Air fry at 200℃ for 16 minutes; Zone 2: Air fry at 200°C for 16minutes Select Sync and press Start/Pause to finish simultaneously.
Finish & Serve: Zone 1: Remove the wings when done and toss with the sauce, then garnish the wings with a pinch of flaky salt and serve. Zone 2: Remove the wings when done, then serve with the tahini sauce on the side.
