Recipe Ingredients
- panko breadcrumbs 45 grams
- kosher salt 1 teaspoon
- ground black pepper ½ teaspoon
- shallot, minced 1 large
- fresh basil, minced 2 tablespoons
- fresh parsley, minced 2 tablespoons
- fresh thyme, leaves only ½ teaspoon
- tomatoes, ripe 4 large
- olive oil 50 millilitres
Recipe Preparation
- Mix the panko breadcrumbs, salt, black pepper, garlic, shallot, basil, parsley, and thyme in a bowl until well combined.
- Cut the tomatoes into halves horizontally.
- Place the breadcrumb mixture on top of cut side of the tomatoes and gently pat down to pack on the tomatoes.
- Place the crisper plates into the COSORI Smart Air Fryer and remove the divider.
- Divide the tomato slices between the two zones and drizzle extra-virgin olive oil on the tops.
- Select Grandzone, then select the Bake function. Adjust temperature to 190°C and time to 12 minutes, then tap Start/Pause.
- Remove when done and serve.
