Crack the eggs into a bowl, add the milk and granulated sugar and mix well with a whisk.
Sift in the pancake mix and cocoa powder and mix quickly with a rubber spatula.
Add the melted butter and chopped black chocolate and mix gently.
Pour the dough evenly into the muffin cup.
Preheat the COSORI TurboBlaze™ 6.0L air fryer at 160 degrees. Place 4 pieces of (4) on a crisper plate and heat in bake mode at 160 degrees for 17 minutes.
Once cooked, take it out, let it cool, and top with whipped cream or color spray if desired.
