Recipe Ingredients
- plain whole milk Greek yogurt 123 grams
- olive oil 1 tablespoon
- paprika 1 teaspoon
- cumin ¼ teaspoon
- crushed red pepper ½ teaspoon
- 1 lemon, juiced & zested
- salt 1 teaspoon
- black pepper, freshly ground ¼ teaspoon
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- boneless, skinless chicken thighs, cut into 38-millimetre pieces 454 grams
- 4 wooden or metal skewers
Recipe Preparation
- Stir together the yogurt, olive oil, paprika, cumin, red pepper, lemon juice, lemon zest, salt, pepper, and garlic in a large bowl.
- Add the chicken to the bowl and mix well, then cover and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours.
- Place the crisper plate into the COSORI Air Fryer basket.
- Select the Steak function, then press Start/Pause to preheat.
- Remove the chicken pieces from the marinade and thread onto the skewers.
- Place the skewers onto the preheated crisper plate.
- Flip the skewers over halfway through cooking. The Shake Reminder will let you know when.
- Remove the skewers when done and serve.
